I must have clicked on something in the dialog boxes in start up and display that changed the way that I start up. Just a blinking dos prompt after C:windowssystem32It is also in Safe Mode.I was trying to work around an issue that I was having booting up outside safe mode. Well this is what I see when I boot up the computer. As a test, I logged in as an administrator on t. I went into the registry and disabled the UAC just in case with no luck.Is there a security setting that I have overlooked that would cause that BAT file to not run? Any help you guys can give is appreciated greatly!.EDIT. I have tried doing the shortcut method and checking Run As Administrator option and that gives the same error.
